Between the Buried and Me have released a track called “Famine Wolf” from their upcoming album Coma Ecliptic.
Coma Ecliptic will be the band’s seventh studio album and will be out July 7. The forthcoming album is a concept album about a comatose man wandering through his past lives. Between the Buried and Me previously released a single from the album entitled “Memory Palace,” which is a 10-minute long progressive track with an experimental twist on their usual sound.
“Famine Wolf” is also a lengthy song, clocking in a seven minutes. It features a fairly slow bassline with rapid guitar riffs and uptempo percussion. The vocals give the track an even more intense, panicked feeling. Listen to the full song below.
Between the Buried and Me toured this past spring including performances at Atomic Music Festival in Dallas, Texas, and New England Metal and Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Massachusetts. They will be touring the United States again in July and August in support of the new album.
