Four Tet Announce New Album Morning/Evening For July 2015 Release

Four Tet’s Twitter account has exploded with an exciting new announcement, a new record to follow up their 2013 release. Interestingly enough, the new record will only contain two total tracks.

DJ Kieran Hebden has been known for his almost limitless array of varying musical projects over the last few years. Earlier this year, Hebden produced a surprising new record under his Percussions side project. Now, after a nearly two year hiatus, Hebden has re-activated his Four Tet project to unleash an interesting new record. The record, entitled Morning/Evening, will have an approximate run time of about forty minutes, however the record will only consist of two tracks. The first track, called “Morning Side” runs at a little over twenty minutes, while the second track, “Evening Side,” runs at a little under twenty minutes. The new record will see a June release this year. The last record released under Hebden’s Four Tet project was 2013’s Beautiful Rewind, which was a well-received effort.
