NME reports that English rock/acid house band Happy Mondays will reunite for an 18-date tour in November and December. The English band will celebrate the 25th anniversary of their classic album Pills ‘N’ Thrills And Bellyaches.
Originally announced during the 2015 NME Awards, the band plans to perform Pills ‘N’ Thrills And Bellyaches in its entirety. The memorable album is comprised of some of the band’s greatest hits, including “Grandbag’s Funeral,” “Kinky Afro” and “Step On.”
O2 Guildhall, Southampton will kick off the tour on November 5 and will conclude at Dublin’s Vicar St. on December 10. The band will also make their way to Birmingham, Sheffield, Liverpool, Newcastle, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds and London. Tickets will be available beginning at 9am on Friday, April 17.
