The Griswolds are in the midst of a very busy year. Right now, they are out supporting Walk the Moon on their hugely successful tour. And this June, the Australian rockers will head out on a headlining tour of their own. They just released the tour dates, and Philadelphians should be happy to see a Milkboy stop on that upcoming trek. Grab your tickets now and join The Griswolds when they take over the Midtown stage on June 17th! This is the perfect opportunity to see this band on a tiny stage, while you still can!
In addition to their tour dates, you can also catch The Griswolds this summer when they perform at Firefly. Their touring schedule is in support of their debut album, Be Impressive, which they released last summer, via Wind Up Records. At this point, you would have to have been living under a rock to not have heard their hit single, “Beward The Dog,” which peaked at number 33 on the Billboard Rock Songs chart. The song peaked even higher on the Alternative Rock Songs chart, making it all the way to number 18. Impressive numbers for a band that is otherwise not that well known. Yet.
With ample opportunities to catch The Griswolds this spring/summer, you would be remise if you didn’t grab your tickets now. We would recommend their upcoming Milkboy show, as its sure to be their most intimate of all of the upcoming Philly area gigs.
