Scotland’s Django Django have been busy readying themselves for the release of their sophomore album, Born Under Saturn. The album’s first track “First Light” is a New Wave synth-infused tune, which also received an accompanying video featuring a variety of artfully shot urban buildings. Now, Stereogum reports, the quartet has brought us the album’s second single “Reflections”.
A touch more subdued than the lead single “First Light”, “Reflections” is soothingly energetic. Embracing the reverberations of the synth, the song emanates that feeling you get from those chilled out summer days. It’s an upbeat, house tune that comes with an unforgettable sax solo from James Mainwaring of Roller Trio.
Listen to “Reflections” below. Born Under Saturn will be released May 4.
