Grimes and Bleachers released a new song “Entropy”. The collaboration was featured during this season of HBO’s Girls.
According to Paste Magazine, it was believed that the song would appear during a party scene in the HBO drama. Additionally, Girls music supervisor stated the song would appear in “one of [his] favorite episodes ever.”
Paste Magazine mentions that the sound of the track seems to fit perfectly into party vibe. It has a similar feeling to the new song Grimes released earlier this month, ”REALiTi”. The release of this song has led fans to believe that her upcoming album will be incredible.
Throughout “Entropy”, the collaboration makes an interesting sound together. Grimes’ voice kicks off the song which contains a mellow vibe. The party-like track has an enticing feel as Grimes voice fades into the background and the steady beat takes over into the end of the song.
HBO’s Girls recently featured an exclusive track by St. Vincent titled “Teenage Talk”. It seems that this season will continue to surprise fans with the music happening behind the drama.
