Music BC Showcase SXSW 2015 Night Party Announced

Get ready for the Music BC Industry Association, BeatRoute Magazine and WinnieCooper to invade Maggie Mae’s for their annual show that brings Canadian cool to SXSW and Austin, TX. Sounds like a good party, eh? Things will kick off for this night party at 8pm on Friday March 20, 2015 and go until 2am.

If you want to check out the best that our northern brethren have to offer this is the party to attend. The Music BC Industry Association has been alive for 20 years and with them they bring BeatRoute Magazine and WinnieCooper. BeatRoute is celebrating their 10th year in publication and WinnieCooper brings the best new talent of BC to your doorstep. How could you lose? These bands are awesome. Not only do they have 3 juggernauts of the BC music industry they have the whole shin dig sponsored by Creative BC, The Province of BC, FACTOR and 102.7 the PEAK. If that isn’t hometown love then I don’t know what is.

Artists for the show include: Dan Mangan + Blacksmith, SonReal, Yukon Blonde, Humans, The Matinée, NEEDS. These acts include many JUNO award winners and their sounds range from hip-hop, indie rock to screaming guitars. With a new sound on the hour, every hour, this party is sure to keep on rocking.
