The 5-day camping festival sets the standard as the most environmentally conscious festival in America. In the last four consecutive years, Lightning In A Bottle has received the Outstanding Award from A Greener Festival for its healthy food vendors, free water stations, composting and recycling infrastructure, a pack-it-in or pack-it-out policy and other sustainability initiatives, according to a press release. Attendees to the 2015 edition will notice several improvements including: additional large-scale shade structures, upgraded boutique-style camping packages, bigger installations and a new festival layout design to ease the flow of people and enhance the experience.
In addition to great music and a commitment to environmental sustainability, the Lightning In A Bottle Festival is also known for its mesmerizing stage designs, performance art and one-of-a-kind art installations. And, there are opportunities for attendees to take part in yoga and dance classes, engage with motivational speakers, and learn via health-conscious workshops. These are held at the festival sanctuaries – The Temple of Consciousness, The Village, and The Learning Kitchen – with the goal of creating an overall sense of connection.
So, what does it cost to attend this enlightening musical experience?
