The closer is the moment of “Fifty Shades of Gray” release on St.Valentine’s day, the more soundtracks are leaked. This time it’s Sia‘s “Salted Wound” – a tender composition that hardly shapes BDSM theme movie at first sight.
Harp and string sounding, viscous vocal passages and a hall atmosphere – perhaps that could fit the most intimate scenes of the movie, leaving at least a little to imagination. Anyway, a beautiful new song; a lot less action than in “Elastic Heart” and monotonous funeral melody when compared to “Chandelier,” but still beautiful. Might be a nice shift from Sia’s latest LP “1000 Forms of Fear.”
The whole movie soundtrack is out February 10, for now enjoy Sia’s new audio below. And we totally agree with prettymuchamazing.com that much more of Nine Inch Nails is required for the final movie’s OST!
