VÉRITÉ @ Boot & Saddle 3/26

This March, you can catch rising sensation, VÉRITÉ, when she hits the stage at Boot & Saddle. Her March tour kicks of in DC on March 12th. Then she takes a few days off following her Atlanta gig, to play at SXSW. Finally, she’ll make her way to Philly on March 26th to play the wonderfully intimate Boot stage. We’re sure to see her name popping up on some festival posters this summer, with a potential stop at nearby Firefly, if that “leaked” poster turns out to have any merit.

The young singer/songwriter has just one EP and one remix EP under her belt, but she is quickly making her mark. And you’ll definitely want to catch her when she plays a tiny venue like Boot & Saddle. The New York-based performer has been generating buzz from a slew of internet publications, especially the title track for her debut EP, “Echo.” You can stream the song here on her SoundCloud page.

VÉRITÉ’s debut EP, which dropped in October of last year, was the combined effort of herself and producer Elliot Jacobson who collaborate for two years before finally releasing the 4 song debut. The EP’s lead single, “Strange Enough,” also drew a ton of attention, being called “one of the best songs of the summer” by Buzzfeed. The track hit the #1 spot on Hype Machine. Check her out this March when she heads to Boot & Saddle!
