The Festival Internacional De Benicasim (FIB) has announced their 2015 lineup featuring Portishead, The Prodigy, and Florence + The Machine. This year’s festival is scheduled to take place from July 16 to the 19 in Benicassim, Spain.
The FIB festival first started in 1995. Known, for its large crowds and beautiful surrounding beaches, the festival has had many performances by various bands over the years. Some of these bands include The Killers, The Strokes, Primal Scream, and The Cure. While the festival has had a great deal of success and brings business to the area, there is still controversy. The biggest issue cited is the festivals lack of support in the Valencian Community.
According to Efestivals, the festival has various other entertainment alongside the music performers. This includes dance, art, theatre, fashion, silent disco and shot films.
