Flying Lotus has released a video for the song “Coronus, The Terminator,” off of his latest album, October’s You’re Dead!
The video, directed by Young Replicant, a man on his death bed hallucinates dust-covered angels and meets a young boy on a bus, who leads him around Los Angeles, and to his death.
Flying Lotus recently stated about the song, “For me, ‘Coronus’ is one of the most important moments on You’re Dead! and holds ideas I’m planning to explore in my future work.”
Flying Lotus’s latest album, You’re Dead! has been featured on most Best Albums of 2015 lists, including mxdwn and Rolling Stone. The album is the fifth by Flying Lotus, and debuted at number 19 on the Billboard 200.
Flying Lotus was recently announced as a headliner Coachella, Bonaroo, and Governors Ball Music Fest, and will be touring from January through the summer.
