Shaun White announced the music lineup scheduled to perform at the third and final stop, for this year’s Air + Style event taking place in Los Angeles, and it’s packed.
The iconic snowboarding, skiing and music event, which not only showcases a 16-story high, 450-foot ramp, a 70-foot jump, snowboarding and skiing competitions, but has now added artists the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Diplo, Phantogram, The Black Lips, Portugal. The Man and Metz will perform on Saturday, February 21, and Steve Aoki, The Flaming Lips, Sleigh Bells, Cults, Edwards Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Bad Things and Surfer Blood on Sunday, February 22. Additional acts will be announced at a later date.
Hosted by Shaun White, presented by Shaun White Enterprises, and now in it’s 21st year, the event has evolved into three different events, including Los Angeles, Innsbruk from January 16-17 and Beijing which took place back in December.
As for the talent lined up to compete at the Rose Bowl in Pasedena, 16 snowboarders, 16 skiers, representing the best in the world, including Sage Kotsenburg, 2014 Olympic gold medalist in snowboard slopestyle, Mark McMorris, 2014 Olympic bronze medalist in snowboard slopestyle,Bobby Brown, four-time Winter X Games ski slopestyle gold medalist as well as Joss Christensen, 2014 Olympic gold medalist in ski slopestyle. Other big names will be giving min ramp demos such as Ishod Wair, Greyson Fletcher and Curren Caples. The entire list of Invited Athletes can be found via the Air + Style website.

Air + Style: Los Angeles is a family friendly event offering Kidz Camp, an interactive area featuring Learn To Ride, bubble rollera, a zipline and a snow play zone. In addition to artists that will paint Shaun White’s personal mini ramp and auction of pieces of it, there will be an art gallery showcasing local artists.
