Deerhoof Announce Spring 2015 Tour Dates

San Francisco-based group Deerhoof have confirmed dates for their upcoming Spring 2015 Tour. They will embark on their tour beginning January 31st in Santa Ana, California.

With their latest album, La Isla Bonita garnering a bit of buzz, Deerhoof have officially confirmed tour dates in support of the album. The tour will go underway in Santa Ana and go into full swing on March 9th, when they perform in New Haven, Connecticut. Deerhoof will not be undergoing the road trek completely on their own. Tagging along for the ride will be Perfect Pussy and of Montreal, who will share the stage with Deerhoof on couple of dates. Several other artists will also be joining in the fun, including Yonatan Gat and Fred Thomas. Along with the new tour and their new album out in stores, Deerhoof also released a video for “Exit Only,” which featured actor Michael Shannon. Additionally, drummer Greg Saunier recently hooked up with Lightning Bolt’s Biran Chippendale for an LP featuring a couple of improvisational drumming tracks.

All in all, 2015 is shaping up to be an excellent year both for Deerhoof and its individual members, and we can only speculate as to what lies ahead in the coming months.
