Singer-songwriter/producer, JMSN is headed out on an extensive North American tour at the start of 2015. The tour will kick off at the end of January in Phoenix before finally making it’s way to Philly in February. Fans of the artist can check him out when he performs at Johnny Brenda’s on February 12th. And he’ll be bringing along special guest Rochelle Jordan.
Last year JMSN played support to Sir Sly, along with The Last Royals at JB’s. So it’s certainly exciting to see them headlining the stage this time around. JMSN is out touring in support of his second full-length album. The self-titled release dropped on December 9th. This follows his debut album, which was released back in 2012. And last year, he released 3 EPs.
JMSN, aka Christian Berishaj, had written and recorded his first album by the age of 18. In addition to writing all of the material, Berishaj also played all of the instruments on the album. Not surprisingly, the record label offers began rolling in, and Berishaj would eventually find himself signed to Atlantic Records. He released Love Arcade, that initial album, in 2006. 3 years later, he and his band at the time broke up. Through several name changes over the following years, Berishaj would eventually adopt the moniker JMSN after starting his own record label.
