Cherub have announced dates for their Strip to This 2015 Winter Tour…and fans in the area can rejoice, because Cherub will be headed back to Philly next year! The electro-pop duo will be playing at The Troc on January 29th and they’ll be bringing along special openers Mystery Skulls and Forte Bowie. You can grab your tickets now for their January show.
Cherub hails from Nashville and consists of Jordan Kelley and Jason Huber, who joined forces back in 2010. The pair met in college at Middle Tennessee State University while studying music promotion. And their history as long time friends is evident when they take the stage. In February of this year, they started to gain traction when their single “Doses and Mimosas” hit number 43 on Billboard’s Rock Airplay chart and number 23 on the Alternative chart. They released their debut album, Year of the Caprese a few months later in May.
Cherub were here back in August performing at Made in America. They kicked things off early in the day and got the crowd excited with their infectious energy. We’re excited to see the duo turn up the heat at The Troc this January. Grab your tickets now to see Cherub and their supporting acts Mystery Skulls and Forte Bowie.
