Knoxville, Tennessee’s Big Ears Festival has released its official 2015 lineup. The list of talented musicians boasts acts such as Laurie Anderson, TUnE-yArDs and Swans.
Over the course of three days (March 27-29), the festival will bring a jam-packed weekend of music and art to historic downtown Knoxville.
Often revered as “the most celebrated new music ensemble in the world,” the Kronos Quartet will serve as Artists-in-Residence for the 2015 weekend. The group will perform classic contemporary works, along with an array of musical collaborations with other artists at the fest.
Weekend passes will be sold in 3 tiers. Tier 1 weekend passes are $153.50 plus applicable service fees. Once tier 1 passes sell out, tier 2 passes will go for $178.50, followed by tier 3 at $199.50. Tickets may be purchased here Friday, November 14.
If you are unable to make the whole weekend, single passes will be made available if supplies last. An announcement will be made in early 2015.
