It was just a few days ago that Milo Greene were here in Philly. They played Union Transfer on October 21st, opening for Bombay Bicycle Club. They won the crowd over as they warmed everyone up for the night’s headliners. It will be interesting to see how their headlining show differs when they head back to Philly this March. On March 14th, you can catch Milo Greene when they perform at Johnny Brenda’s.
Milo Greene hail from Los Angeles, California and describe themselves as a cinematic pop band. They stand out in that they are a quintet with four lead singers. They call it cinematic pop because they “wanted to create music that [they] could potentially see being placed in movies and TV. [They] really love scoring and that’s how [they] wanted the music to sound. Very cinematic.”
They have a new album slated to be released in January of next year. Fans in attendance at their recent UT gig were able to hear a few of those new tracks. Tickets for the show go on sale TODAY (10/31) at noon, so don’t miss your chance to scoop up tickets for Milo Greene’s March show at JB’s.
