WEBCAST: Charli XCX Is Live Streaming Her Performance On Yahoo! Live

The artist who has been a part of some recent smash hits including “Boom Clap” from the hit movie The Fault in Our Stars, Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” and Icona Pop’s “I Love It”, will be performing live from Cat’s Cradle in Chapel Hill,NC.

This show is being streamed live to begin promotion for her forthcoming LP “Sucker” which is set to release on December 16 and can be pre-ordered now through this link. Along with your pre-order, you will be able to download three songs from the album, “Break the Rules,” “Boom Clap” and “London Queen”.

Earlier this month, mxdwn announced that Charli XCX’s “Kingdom” featuring Simon Le Bon would appear on The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1 soundtrack. Other artists include Lorde, CHVRCHES, Bat For Lashes, Q-Tip, Chemical Brothers to name a few.

Since 2008, Carli XCX has released a slew of singles including “!Franchesckaar!”, “Stay Away,” “Nuclear Seasons” and “You’re Not the One”. She has recorded two LPs, 2008’s 14 and 2013’s True Romance. Charli XCX has opened for numerous iconic acts including Katty Perry, Paramore and Coldplay.
