Badbadnotgood have reported that they will release their upcoming album Sour Soulon February 17 via Lex Records.
The jazz/hip hop trio from Toronto is known for their interpretations of hip hop tracks. They also often collaborate with other artists.
Ghostface Killah, a well-known rapper from Staten Island, will be performing on every track of the new album. You can listen to “Gunshowers” from the new album, a song which features Elzhi. Another track from the album is called “Six Degrees” which features Danny Brown. The names of other artists who contributed to the album will be announced in the near future.
The new album takes it’s inspiration from recording techniques and production of the 1960s and 1970s. Frank Dukes produced Sour Soul.
