WATCH: Massive Attack And TV On The Radio Perform “Pray For Rain” For The First Time

For the first time since its 2010 release, Massive Attack and Tunde Adebimpe, from TV On The Radio, performed “Pray For Rain” live.

Massive Attack, who a few months ago announced they are working on new material, performed two special surprised shows at The Greek Theatre in Los Angeles, as reported on Consequence of Sound.

During their encore set, Massive Attack played “Pray For Rain” for the first time live, since it was released in 2010. The biggest surprise came when Tunde Adebimpe, from TV On The Radio, came on stage and performed the notable song. Adebimpe co-wrote and collaborated on “Pray For Rain.”

Adebimpe, whose band TV On The Radio previously released a new track, will be supporting Massive Attack in their Santa Barbara show, so hopeful fans can only anticipate hearing this song live again.
