Nick Cave And The Bad Seeds Will Reissue Their Back Catalogue On Vinyl

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds will have 14 classic albums released on deluxe vinyl.

Mute Records has released Nick Cave and The Bad Seed’s albums as CD/DVD sets, but this time, 14 old albums will be reissued on vinyl.

The reissues will come out in two sets of seven LPs. The first will come out this year, followed by the next in early 2015. Within that first set, the albums will be reissued in a three-week time frame. According to Consequence of Sound, 1984’s From Her to Eternity, 1985’s The Firstborn Is Dead, and 1986’s Your Funeral … My Trial is out October 27th; 2003’s Nocturama, 2004’s Abattoir Blues/The Lyre Of Orpheus, and 2008’s Dig, Lazarus, Dig!!! is next on November 17th; and 1986’s Kicking Against The Pricks comes on November 24th.

The albums have been remastered by Mick Harvey. In addition to being a famous producer, Harvey was a co-founder of The Bad Seeds.
