Ben Howard is an English singer-songwriter. His second studio album, I Forget Where We Were, is set to be released later this month on October, 21. In celebration of the album, Howard is embarking on a national tour. Austin’s date will be the second night of the tour.
He self-released his debut EP, Games in the Dark (2008), followed by, These Waters (2009) and Old Pine (2010). He is currently signed to Island and Communication Records. His major debut studio album came out in 2011 entitled, Every Kingdom. He then released two more EPs, Ben Howard Live (2011) and The Burgh Island E.P. (2012). His 2014 release will be his second studio album.
In Summer of 2014, Howard released his first single off of his upcoming album. The title of the single is “End of the Affair,” and was played on the Zane Lowe Radio 1 and Denielle Perry’s XFM show. With the success of his music, Howard has won two BRIT Awards including British Breakthrough Act and British Solo Male Act.
