This January, Radio 104.5 will be bringing Civil Twilight to the wonderfully intimate Boot & Saddle. Grab your tickets now to see them when they arrive in Philly on January 16th. This is a much smaller venue than what fans have come to expect for Civil Twilight, which should be a welcome relief. You definitely do not want to miss the opportunity to see them up close and personal, so grab those tickets now.
The four-piece rock band hailing from South Africa released their debut album in 2010. At the time, several songs from the album were being featured in popular TV shows like One Tree Hill, and House. This was crucial in helping to propel their fame. Their debut single, “Letters from the Sky” peaked at #5 on the Alternative radio charts and stayed in the top 10 for 6 months straight. They would release their follow up album, Holy Weather, in 2012.
And their songs are still appearing in popular movies and TV shows. Just this past April, their track “The Courage of the Fall” appeared in an episode of Pretty Little Liars, sparking fans to request they officially release it. Instead of selling the song, Civil Twilight decided to make it available as a thank you to their fans. You can grab a copy of the track here. Civil Twilight are currently at work on their third studio album. And Radio 104.5 has confirmed that we will get to hear some new tunes at the Boot & Saddle show.
