This Friday at lunchtime, we know exactly where you should be. World Cafe Live to check out Field Report when they hit the stage for this week’s Free at Noon. As the name implies, this is in fact a free show that kicks off at, you guessed it, noon. So leave the office for a bit and head on over to World Cafe Live for what is always a great show.
In addition to their Free at Noon showcase, Field Report will also be a part of the Communion Philly showcase, being held this Thursday night at Underground Arts. If you don’t already have tickets for that, be sure to grab them now for another stellar lineup of acts featuring Quiet Life, Birdie Busch, Weekender, and Marian Hill.
Field Report’s sophomore LP, Marigolden, is set to be released on October 7th, so you can definitely expect to hear some new tunes form that album. In the meantime, you can be sure you’ll fully prepared by streaming the album here. The Wisconsin-based band released their debut, self-titled LP back in 2012, so fans have been eagerly awaiting new tunes. Head to World Cafe Live on Friday for this must see performance!
