New Queen Album Features Freddie Mercury and Michael Jackson Duet

Three new songs that Queen guitarist Brian May initially described as “in the can” will finally come up for air this November when Queen releases a new love song compilation entitled Queen Forever. One of the three songs features a duet between legendary Queen front man Freddie Mercury and equally legendary King of Pop Michael Jackson.

Both Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor have hinted for the past several months that they were exploring new, unearthed tracks featuring Freddie Mercury and that one day those tracks would prominently feature on an album. The latest from the Queen camp has the new compilation album Queen Forever coming out in November. There are three new tracks on the album, the first being a much-anticipated duet between both Mercury and Michael Jackson, “There Must Be More To Life Than This.” The second, “Let Me In Your Heart Again,” comes from the sessions that spawned The Works record, and the final cut is a bare bones version of Freddie Mercury’s first solo hit, a collaboration with Giorgio Moroder called “Love Kills.” In addition to the three new tracks comes several classic Queen cuts from their love song repertoire, including “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” “Love of My Life,” and many, many others.

As recently discovered by Blabbermouth, the exciting new record will come in either a standard one-disc format or a more fully expanded two disc set which includes even more classic Queen love songs. The track listing for both sets can be seen in this article, and the record itself will finally hit store shelves on November 10. For many die hard Queen fans, this date cannot possibly come soon enough.
