Cibo Matto, a New York City-based group, has released a new video this week for their song, “Déjà Vu”.
Jean Claude Billmaier directed the new Cibo Matto video. It was produced using a RGBD Toolkit and filmed with a Microsoft Xbox Kinect camera, according to a press release.
“Déjà Vu” is a track that features an intense bass line and a hip-hop inspired vocal style. The main setting of the video is a hotel room where the two female vocalists have gathered. Then, there is a transition to the singers walking around, what appears to be, New York City’s Chinatown. And, the video closes with the vocalists back in the hotel room. Additionally, if you enjoy pastel colors, this video may be for you.
Check out “Déjà Vu”, below, and if you like what you’re hearing be sure to catch the band on tour.
