La Roux’s new video is a hit in true 80’s style- catchy and colorful.
La Roux’s latest video is an upbeat, gets-stuck-in-your-head number that’s more than a little tongue-in-cheek. Coming off the critically acclaimed new album, Trouble in Paradise, this single follows the retro style and matured music of the other releases off the album. Trouble made it to the #1 spot on the Dance Album chart.
This new video certainly does La Roux’s new electro-retro-pop style justice. The 80’s infomercial style video features La Roux with a flippy ‘do and a plethora of phones, ringing in time with the song. It’s cheeky, it’s fun, and the sheer number and styles of old school phones is pretty amazing.
