Jurassic 5’s DJ Nu-Mark and Slimkid3 of Pharcyde have released a new video this week for “I Know, Didn’t I”.

This track will be on their self-titled album-length collaboration, Slimkid3 & DJ Nu-Mark. Slimkid3 & DJ Nu-Mark is being released digitally on iTunes. Additionally, for those who dislike digital downloads, or enjoy holding and looking at a physical copy, the album will be available as double vinyl LP via Delicious Vinyl in mid-September.

“I Know, Didn’t I” is the second single from the upcoming release. On this track, the hip-hop duo flips “Didn’t I”, a 1970’s cult classic by soul singer Darondo, who is posthumously featured and sampled on “I Know, Didn’t I.” The resulting track and video were described by Entertainment Weekly as “a laid-back jam perfectly tuned for aimlessly cruising around L.A. in a sweet vintage ride, complimented by a trippy video that should connect with Cali’s current crop of dispensary-frequenting hip-hop heads.”
