Chrissie Hynde Announces Winter 2014 Tour Dates

In support of recently released Stockholm, her first ever album released under her own name, Chrissie Hynde has confirmed a twenty five date North American Tour. Released in June on Will Travel/Caroline Records, Stockholm debuted in the U.S. Top 40 to widespread acclaim, the Wall Street Journal calling it “a worthy addition to a catalog of extraordinary work” and Rolling Stone describing it as “delicate and sexy…but Hynde can still flash her blade.”

Hynde supported the album’s release with appearances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and The Colbert Report, performing “Dark Sunglasses,” the album’s first single that charted in the AAA Top 20. The upcoming tour dates will feature the first live performances of Stockholm material alongside classics spanning Hynde’s carrier with the Pretenders.
