Lacuna Coil has just released a new video for “Nothing Stands In Our Way,” a single off of their 2014 release, Broken Crown Halo. The video features a hodgepodge of images from the band during their current tour, and gives off the idea that the band, despite being in existence for twenty years, shows no signs of stopping.
Lacuna Coil has been out on the road for the better part of a few months in support of their latest album Broken Crown Halo. Since February, the band has been without guitarist “Pizza” Migliore and drummer “Criz” Mozzati, but that hasn’t stopped them from releasing a killer video for “Nothing Stands In Our Way,” a video which gives a brief behind the scenes glimpse into the band. It features several shots of the group smiling and having a good time backstage, on their tour bus, and on stage performing, letting all viewers know that there’s no way the group intends to fold up the tent any time soon. This has been the second video the band has released since releasing “I Forgive (But I Won’t Forget Your Name)” back in April.
The greatest moment of the newest video is when one of the vocalists gives a perfect epitaph to the video, and epitaph that summarizes the group up to this point. “I gave it all,” says Cristina Scabbia in the video, “and it was great. I’d do it again right now. Gimmie five minutes.” You can view the official video here.
