In honor of the 20th Anniversary of the album Underworld; Dubnobasswithmyheadman, the album has been re-mastered and set for release in October. During the process, which was undertaken by the band’s Rick Smith, a good deal of unreleased material and rare alternatives was added to the re-mastered edition.
In celebration of the release, underworld will play the full album set in a one-time concert performance. The show is set to take place on Saturday, October 11 at London’s Royal Festival Hall.
This incredibly album will be released through Universal Music. There are five versions available for sale. Fans can purchase the standard CD, which is identical to the original version. The second version includes 2-CDs with additional material added to the original recordings.
The third version is 2LP on 180 MG vinyl. The fourth version is super deluxe including 5-CDs and a 50 page work of memorabilia. The final version is an audio HD 24bit/96K stereo only blu-ray. All five versions come with MP3 digital download of the original album and those who pre-order will receive a remastered version of “Cowgirl” in their inbox.
