The Dum Dum Girls are still out supporting their latest LP, Too True. They’ll kick things off mid-October in Denver and tour the US throughout the fall. But the most interesting night on their upcoming tour roster has got to be the Halloween show at Union Transfer.
Too True, the LA band’s third album, was released in January of this year. Coincidentally, they released the track listing and the video for lead single “Lost Boys & Girls Club” on Halloween of last year. Since then, the Girls have been steadily touring the US (and parts of England). They just wrapped up the first round of tour dates in August. They were in Philly back in March for a show at Johnny Brenda’s. But now we’ll get a chance to see them on the much bigger UT stage.
The Pure Halloween event will begin at 9pm and end at 2am, so you’ll have plenty of time to celebrate! What better way to celebrate Halloween in Philly than with some great music? Head over to Union Transfer this October 31st to catch the Dum Dum Girls.
