Radiohead’s lead guitarist Jonny Greenwood has been abundantly busy recently. Jonny will be performing his Grammy-nominated ‘There Will Be Blood’ score for the first time in the U.S. with London Contemporary Orchestra, as well as occupied with Radiohead on recording band’s next album starting in September.
However, Greenwood seems to keep some time for himself, composing solo music like amateur-shot live song ‘Skip Loop’, recorded from Roundhouse, London a few days ago.
The song itself reminds of Radiohead’s most ambient songs, adding strings to general song’s atmospherics. With no beginning or ending, Jonny’s new creation makes you dive into it to the very bottom, leaving vast space to imagination and healing without a touch. Watching it live is a privilege you can not miss.
