Maryland Deathfest Announces 2015 Lineup Including D.R.I., Neurosis and Melt-Banana

Maryland Deathfest has announced its initial lineup for the 2015 festival season, including Neurosis and D.R.I. The festival will take place May 21-24, 2015.

The first round announcement included 32 bands, exciting news for fans who want to get their tickets early – they go on sale on the event website July 19. One of the bands who will perform in 2015, Triptykon, missed the 2014 Maryland Deathfest due to the death of artist H.R. Giger. Several bands will make Maryland Deathfest their only U.S. stop in 2015, including Triptykon, Portal, Wolfbrigade, Arcturus and more.

The festival setup will be the same in 2015 as it was in 2014, meaning two main stages in the Edison Lot, Ram’s Head for death and black metal bands each night and Soundstage each day and night for grind, hardcore and punk bands. Bands from all over the world will make an appearance at the festival. See the list below for the first round of confirmed performers.
