After 2010’s Hurley, Weezer a new album for release this year titled Everything Will Be alright in the End. The news comes in part from a series of YouTube teaser videos, all featuring members of the band playing what sounds like music from the new and unreleased record.

As mentioned in a recent Pitchfork article, Weezer will release the new album sometime soon. The new record features a new label for the band, with Weezer trading Epitaph (the band’s label for Hurley) for Republic Records, but they’ll again use the producing expertise of Ric Ocasek, the frontman of the Cars who also produced the band’s Green and Red albums.
