Following the release of her new album, I Never Learn, Lykke Li announced a North American tour starting in September. Additional worldwide dates will be added to the tour dates soon.
In a review of Li’s new album, the New York Times said, “On her two previous albums, Lykke Li has been something of a floating presence, but everything about this album is intensely grounded…The quiet gospel influence running through this album is striking. Songs like ‘Just Like a Dream’ and ‘Silverline’ reach for a theatrical ethereality, with swelling melodies that merge hope and desperation.”
I Never Learn was released in May 2014. Prior to the release, Li leaked video teasers and the singles including “Love Me Like I’m Not Made of Stone” and “No Rest for the Wicked”. Also, Li recorded track for “Tommy” and new movie The Fault in Our Stars.
