After two years of radio silence since their run with The Second Coming Tour, it’s possible that Faith No More may be getting back together to work on new projects. According to a recent Tweet from lead singer Mike Patton, we should all stay tuned for what’s in store.
A recent Spin article highlighted Mike Patton’s colorful but cryptic tweet, and some are taking the tweet (accompanied by a Patton selfie) as early evidence of the band’s plans to reunite and record new music.
While nothing solid has been confirmed yet, the band has certainly been active lately. Faith No More is already slated to play the British Summer Time festival, with Black Sabbath, Soundgarden, and Soulfly. The band will also scheduled to be the final headliner at the Open’er festival in Gdynia, Poland, which will also feature Pearl Jam, Jack White, Phoenix, and the Black Keys. Check out the tweet and Patton’s selfie below.
