October is shaping up to be a busy month for Philadelphia music fans. Now you can add another must see event to your list. The Airborne Toxic Event is coming to The Electric Factory. Get your tickets now to see them on October 3rd!
The band was here last summer for one of Radio 104.5’s Free Summer Block Parties. Now they’re back headlining a tour at the EFactory. In April of 2013, The Airborne Toxic Event released their third album, Such Hot Blood. They had previously released the album’s first single “Timeless” in January of that year.
The Airborne Toxic Event played their first show way back in 2006. That year they were named one of the “Top 25 Bands of MySpace” by Rolling Stone. In 2007 they released their first few tracks. Their first full-length album wouldn’t come until August of 2008. The self-titled album went on to receive a bit of distinction including being named “The Debut Album of the Year” by the Boston Herald.
The upcoming fall tour is in support of Such Hot Blood and will see the band trekking across the US and Canada from September through early November.
