We Are Scientists’ sold-out show at the Troubadour was a party both on and off stage. The crowd danced and sang along to both familiar tracks and songs from their new album TV en Francais, while on stage the band celebrated frontman Keith Murray’s birthday with cake and a special guest: Weezer’s Matt Sharp. Scottish garage punk band Paws opened the show, and later joined Sharp and W.A.S. onstage for a rowdy sing-along to “Say it Ain’t So.”
