Singer-songwriter and artist Joseph Arthur will be going on tour in North America and Europe this spring and summer.
The tour is in support of the album Lou, which drops May 13. The album is a tribute to the late Lou Reed, who made his name as the lead vocalist of The Velvet Underground as well as being a solo artist. Arthur interprets his favorite Reed songs on the record, which was performed, recorded, and produced by Arthur in his home studio.
Arthur’s last album was 2013’s The Ballad of Boogie Christ, funded by PledgeMusic campaign. Act 2 of that album was part of Record Store Day’s Back to Black Friday event in November 2013.
