Directed by Luis Cerveró, the new video was also produced by Urban Outfitters, which gave Liars a bit more cash to spend on its creation. The result casts the trio as cautionary characters walking their way backwards through a number of precarious situations that hint at video game-esque scenarios.

Liars are set to play Desert Daze next month, then Austin Psych Fest and Sasquatch! in May. And if you haven’t gotten your hands on a copy of Mess just yet, check here for trailers that mysteriously tease the new album.
