Los Angelinas HAIM have dropped two bombs for us this week; first and foremost, they released a new video for their vintage-feel pop rock track “If I Could Change Your Mind.”

The trio of sisters re-live retro 80s fantasies in the upbeat, dance-filled video, with a 70’s like backdrop and an 80’s dose of fun. Their debut EP, Days Are Gone, stormed the indie-pop scene with light, driving, synthy tunes and HAIM’s instant appeal seems unstoppable. Headlining various festivals since and announcing a spring 2014 tour, HAIM’s year looks promising already.

The second surprise these women had for the fans was a tremendous cover of Beyoncé’s “XO”. The session was recorded live on BBC’s Radio 1 Live Lounge, and the sisters perform bathed in a purple hue, taking Beyoncé’s tune into their own hands.
