For the first time ever, Apple will be holding the iTunes® Festival in the US. This incredible event will feature dozens of global stars including London Grammar, Pitbull, Keith Urban, ZEDD and Coldplay. Check out the lineup and find out how you can win free tickets to this one-of-a-kind show.
The iTunes® Festival has been held in London since 2007 and its popularity and high demand has brought the unbeatable show to the US for five days from March 11 to March 15. It will be held in Austin, Texas alongside the South by Southwest Festival. With so many big names, this festival will be an intense, high budget event.
Some even more exciting news is that iTunes may have inadvertently leaked news of Soundgarden playing at the festival. They left this detail out of their press release, but let it slip on the announcement below their event flyer!
UPDATE: Apple has now confirmed Soundgarden’s attendance! They will be performing on Thursday, March 13th at 8:00pm, after Capital Cities and Band of Skulls. Thursday’s show sounds amazing. Be sure to check out the updated line-up schedule for all five shows below.
While iTunes will stream the performances live for you to watch for free, wouldn’t you rather be there? Enter a drawing with your SXSW badge or Music and Platinum badge for a chance to win tickets.
To enter the drawing and win priority entrance, have your SXSW badge or Music and Platinum badge scanned at the Austin Convention Center on the following dates. People with SXSW badges will only be able to enter for Tuesday’s show. All other shows will require Music and Platinum badges to enter the drawing.

Thursday March 14th from 10am to 6pm

Have your badge scanned on the following days:
Thursday, March 14th from 10 am – 6pm
Friday March 15th from 10am to 6pm
Once your badge is scanned you will be included in a random drawing for the following show and if you win, you will receive an email with details regarding your ticket. The winning tickets include a plus-one, but that person must also have a SXSW badge for Tuesday night or a Music and Platinum Badge for other nights.
