Richard Edwards and his band: Margot & The Nuclear So and So, have announced a date for the release of their fifth album. The band’s new album, Sling Shot To Heaven, will hit the shelves April 22nd of this year.
Margot & The Nuclear So and So’s sound originated as a poppy chamber style of “dad rock”, but as we saw in their last album, Rot Gut, Domestic, they have started to evolve towards a more polished rock vibe. The new single, “Hello, San Francisco”, promises good stuff to come. Edwards, the founder and lead singer, says the single is a good example of what to expect the new album’s vibe to be.
The band will also be touring this spring to both celebrate and promote the new album. The band will play in locations across the Midwest, New England, and parts of the South.
