Life a bit too calm and sunny these days? Tankcrimes has an antidote – the second Brainsqueeze Fest is filling out, with a lineup featuring some of the labels biggest names.
Tankcrimes – as you can be excused for not knowing – is a label, and a major force in the modern metal landscape. A garage operation in the most literal sense, the label has been responsible for releases from some major thrash and death metal names, including Ghoul, a crew of masked shredders from Oakland. They, and many more of Tankcrimes’ finest, are on the bill for the second iteration of the label’s Brainsqueeze fest.
It’s still a work in progress – Brainsqueeze runs from August 18 to August 20, and the lineup continues to fill out. As of now, Ghoul is being joined by fellow labelmates Municipal Waste, Cannabis Corpse, and Iron Reagan (check out their recent split track with Exhumed below), among others.
