For the first time in a decade, The Ataris are embarking on a nationwide tour to perform their landmark album “So Long, Astoria” in its entirety.
The reunion marks the first time the original lineup has played together since an amicable split in 2008, at which point three members from a local Indiana band joined to fill in the vacancies left.
In conjunction with the tour announcement, the band has released a mini-documentary chronicling the band’s reunion and a behind-the-scenes look on the making of their flagship LP.
Joining the band will be Authority Zero, Drag The River, Versus The World and Gasoline Heart, with tickets set to go on sale December 20.
