Colorado metal outfit Allegaeon are set to hit the road one more time before retreating back to the recording studio. An upcoming tour has them playing sets across the US. You may want to keep those Movember staches fellas, facial hair’s always a plus for stuff like this.
Allegaeon’s still riding the wave from Formshifter. Their sophomore album, Formshifter dropped in early 2012. Heads were turned, both here at mxdwn and further afield – the Billboard New Artist charts, to be more precise.
The upcoming Winter tour is one last brutal hurrah before Allegaeon heads back to the studio to hash out their next album. Joining them for the tour and the upcoming recording is new guitarist Michael Stancel, the replacement for previous shredder Ryan Glisan, who recently parted ways with the band.
Northwest fans should rejoice, as Allegaeon plans to cover new territory in Seattle and surrounding locales. Tour dates below.
