Last night in London, Kylie Minogue joined Nick Cave on stage to perform “Where The Wild Roses Grow.” Luckily, fan footage was captured for those who weren’t there to witness the event.
As part of Cave's new documentary film, 20,000 Days on Earth, Minogue performed with Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds in London during the first song of the encore, "Where The Wild Roses Grow." The recording will be used in the documentary, which is set for release in 2014 and is a fictionalized full day in the life of Nick Cave. The duet itself was originally off of the 1996 release Murder Ballads, which also features PJ Harvey and Shane MacGowan. After releasing a full-length album last February, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds are focusing on the documentary, though they are planning to release a live album in early 2014.
