Come December, Muse will unleash a CD/DVD of their epic July performance at Rome’s Olympic Stadium, preceded by theater screenings in select major world cities.
On July 6th, multi-platinum British rockers Muse gave a large scale theatrical performance in front of over 60,000 fans at Rome’s Olympic Stadium. The show, which included detailed sets, projections, a troop of actors and pyrotechnics galore was, in the band’s own words, “…the biggest tour we’ve done in terms of scale and production value and it’s definitely the show we’re most proud of.”
On November 5th, 20 theaters in 20 cities worldwide (Sydney, Rome, Los Angeles, Tokyo, Paris, New York, London, and Rio to name a few) will hold special ultra high-definition 4K screenings of the performance. The following day it will be released for single-night screenings at key cities in the United States and other territories. Go here for more information on when/where it is playing.
The Live At Rome CD/DVD/Blu-Ray will be released December 2nd, and is available to pre-order now on Amazon. If you need something to tide you ever, check out this video of the boys performing at the London World War Z premier back in June.
